Down PVC has a management team with nearly 30 years' experience in PVC roofline installations. We have carried out roofline replacements to over 5000 homes.
What products do you use?
Our products are the best for quality, strength, colour fastness and durability. We are the exclusive Northern Ireland agents for Deeplas building products. These products have been fitted to Northern Ireland homes for over 25 years with no discoloration problems.
What guarantees do you provide?
All our products and workmanship have a minimum 10 year guarantee, with white fascias & soffits extended to 20 years.
Do you replace rotten timber?
We never cover over rotten timber. Our surveyor will check on inspection and our installers carry out a further inspection before any PVC is installed. We replace the wood with new treated timber to ensure that your PVC will last forever.
Do you address any felt problems?
Yes, with our eaves protection system all the eaves felt is protected for life and with our bird excluders it provides added protection to your roofline and gives our customers peace of mind.
What are your payment procedures?
For roofline installations, its simple, 10% deposit is required to secure your order. No further payment is required until work is completed and you are satisfied with the work.
What areas do you cover?
For our roofline supply and/or installation We cover counties Down, Armagh and Antrim for supply & fit and the whole of Ireland for supply only. For our Twinson range of decking and O wall cladding, and our hygiene internal wall cladding, we cover the whole of the North and South of Ireland.
How experienced are your installers?
All our installers are fully qualified joiners, who have also completed the Deeplas premium school of excellence. Through this training we can ensure our workmanship is of the highest standard.
How long does a sales appointment last?
Normally 15-20 minutes. This includes surveying and measuring the job. Our salespeople will provide you with a written quotation and provide a detailed explanation on the work to be carried out. Our sales team are under no pressure to make a sale, so you will be at ease throughout the appointment.
Do you offer supply only?
Yes, we provide both supply only and a supply and fit service for all our products and also do renovation and new build projects.
